At NET360, we are fortunate to work with many success stories. Occasionally, we’re part of something more profound, a project that means so much to the people of our community.
ReVIDA Recovery has seven locations in East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia and each day, their mission is “Reclaiming Lives” from the nationwide problem of opioid abuse.
Working with their corporate and local teams, our NET360 has partnered with this agency to rebrand their identity throughout the region with the specific goal of helping people and families of all ages find support to help overcome the disease one person at a time with the help of the fantastic team at ReVIDA.
Our branding initiatives at NET360 are more than a logo or a website. This project was a good example. Rather than walking in with assumptions, we spent time with the client, the patients and support personnel to understand the business, their service and the unique qualifications that define ReVIDA Recovery.
Working from the patient up, ReVIDA and NET360 recreated all exterior signage, internal documents, interior decorations and several key marketing components to their external footprints in each market.
As most of ReVIDA customers access content on mobile devices, we crafted a mobile-first responsive website design that compliments the brand and each office along with sophisticated tracking and live chat capabilities to monitor site activities.
As a rebranded identity, our specialists also work with Google and significant data providers to update and correct all directory listing services to improve SEO for the new identity in each market.
As individual touchpoints are the most critical interactions between this brand and their patients, we also focused on one-to-one marketing elements from business cards, stationery, branded specialty items, and trade-show displays. A personalize micro-brochure was also implemented to serve patients in a personal scenario. Instead of a large folded brochure, a pocket brochure was created to give potential patients a reference for support.
On the day of their first opening in Wytheville, VA, NET360 helped open the doors of this new location with interior signage and branding that represents the original vision for this recovery center. We worked with staff and support personnel to document the occasion and produced a short video for future promotional efforts.
Finally, we are providing monthly support and analytic measurements of all SEO, SEM, phone and chat interactions for this client with a clear motivation to welcome more patients to each of their seven facilities and continue to monitor and improve all programs as we move forward together and the vision to “Reclaiming Lives.”
