The first of its kind in the Appalachian Highlands, Fynnie, is an innovative experience using both scripted and natural language processes. This type of artificial intelligence empowers the college website to handle hundreds of customer interactions 24-hours and day.
Each question asked is monitored and integrated with advanced machine learning capabilities leveraging Google technologies. Each day and each interaction leads to a smarter bot and higher degrees of efficiency for both student and campus staff.
Crafted with a unique persona, Fynnie is named after the school’s mascot and serves as a front-end interface and lead development agent. Each month, hundreds of hours of customer service are handled by this unique solution, and essential leads are processed and monitored to accelerate student interactions and tuition growth at this innovative Southwest Virginia community college.
