A Digital Partnership
In 2019, BrightRidge, the local power utility, was ready to launch their new Broadband Fiber Internet product. They sought a partner with a proven track record in the digital marketing and creative fields. After a full RFP process, the NET360 was chosen.
The Broadband service is scheduled to become available in phases, with certain areas receiving service before others as the infrastructure is built out. This meant not only did the creative and messaging have to be excellent, but the messaging and campaign strategy had to be developed as well. In addition to that, their existing website, used for signups and marketing, wasn’t as capable as it needed to be.
The NET360 built a new broadband-focused website that allows the market to learn about BrightRidge’s Broadband product offerings as well as verify their address and service phase, based off of BrightRidge’s internal data.
Once the new website launched, we focused our energy on creating fun, eye-catching marketing elements and deploying them across platforms and channels. We utilized not only Social Media and great creative, we’ve been able to penetrate the market utilizing AdWord campaigns and Local Programmatic. This gives us the option to not have a broad message if we need to keep it specific to sign up areas only, as well as creating a smooth and consistent branding image and message across all platforms.
